MEET&BUILD 2024 was a real success!
We're delighted to host an event that helps put Belgium on the world map of the video game industry.

Thursday, October 24th
On Thursday, the international meetings welcomed over 100 participants from a dozen different countries, including Albania, Brazil, Croatia, France, Greece, the Philippines, the UK, Taiwan and many more!
Throughout the day, 15 presentations were given by
➡️ national trade associations with Juliana Brito, Ana Seidl and Rafael Rubim de Medeiros Teixeira for Brazil, Games Croatia, Game Developers Association of GreeceMasahiko Murakami for Japan &. GameOps Inc. for the Philippines ;
➡️ international organizations with International Game Developers Association (IGDA) & SpielFabrique ;
➡️ of Belgian colleges with Haute École Albert Jacquard (HEAJ) & HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen ;
➡️ and representatives of the African market with Afrogameuses & Gara.
Friday, October 25
On Friday, the Business Meetings brought together almost 150 participants for meetings with international publishers and Belgian public and private investment structures.
At the start of the day, investors had the opportunity to present their activities to the audience, followed by a pitch session with 10 Belgian and international project leaders presenting their game.
Then, for the first time at M&B, the afternoon was devoted to workshops organized by investment and marketing specialists 💡
All in all, Thursday and Friday ended with 391 matches via the matchmaking app, an increase of over 50% on last year!
Saturday, October 26th
On Saturday, conferences offered a wide range of topics presented by international speakers accompanied by moderators from the Walloon ecosystem 🎤
Over 250 participants, professionals and students alike, broadened their knowledge of the industry and made some memorable encounters.
In the afternoon, streamers Christopher Brugmans, Enguerrand Defize and Adinda van Oosten hosted guest interviews and played video games during our Live stream session on stage and on Twitch 👾
